Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to make every experience smooth and pleasant.


🌱 Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns of used or opened toothbrushes.

However, returns or replacements are accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


📩 How to Request a Return

To file a return or replacement request, please email us at:
support@tattvasatva.in

Include the following details:

  1. Full name and order number

  2. Phone number and delivery address

  3. Clear photo/video proof of the damaged or incorrect item

  4. Unboxing video (if available — supports faster approval)

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.


🔄 Replacement Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost, OR

  • You may choose to receive store credit of equal value.

Returns of products without valid proof of damage/incorrect delivery may not be eligible.


💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed only in the following situations:

  • The approved replacement product is out of stock

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch

Refunds (if approved) will be credited to your original payment method or bank UPI within 5–10 business days.


🚫 Non-Returnable | Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened toothbrushes

  • Used toothbrushes

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer handling or misuse

  • Orders placed by mistake by the customer


📦 Order Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.


🌍 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the given time:

  1. Recheck your bank/UPI account

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider

  3. If there is still an issue, write to us at support@tattvasatva.in
